Live casino lobbies for Luxembourg: what each door tells you
Ten of the eleven operators here have a door to their live tables with a sign on it. Some signs name the studio, the tables and the stakes; most say only "Live Casino". We read each sign, then checked where you can turn if a live round goes wrong. For adults 18 and over.
The live casino door: sign, tables, studios and stakes
The second column quotes the label each operator puts on its live section. The next three record whether it names its tables, the studios that stream them, and the stake range. A row scores one point for each of those three it fills in, and the table is sorted by that score.

Two points at most, seven at zero
No operator fills all three columns. Malina names its studios, Evolution and Pragmatic, and is the only one to print a stake range, from €0.10 to €20,000. Need for Spin credits Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Live and Ezugi, and gives roulette, blackjack and game shows a menu entry each. The longest table lists belong to Pistolo and RTbet, and each runs a room with its own name, yet neither credits a studio.
Six operators stop at the sign. Hugo, Spinzen, Wild Tokyo, Lussurio, Wintino and Rolling Slots all have a live casino section, but what runs inside it is something you find out after registering. Gamblezen is the only one whose pages mention no live casino online at all, despite a library of more than 12,000 titles.
Why do the columns matter? A studio name tells you which dealers, table designs and limits to expect, because the large studios run similar rooms for many operators. A stake range tells you whether a €1 player and a €1,000 player are both welcome. Without either, the only comparison left is the sign itself, and two identical signs can hide very different rooms. That is why the score counts details rather than tables, and why one fact from Malina outweighs a long menu with nothing behind it.
When a live round goes wrong: the route a complaint takes
A frozen stream or a bet that did not register is a support case, not a game result, and how it ends depends on three things the operator controls.
| Casino | Chat | Written route | Licence named |
|---|---|---|---|
| Wintino | Live chat | Email, in 8 languages | Malta Gaming Authority, MGA/B2C/471/2019 |
| Need for Spin | Live chat 24/7 | Email, [email protected] | Curaçao, GCB |
| Spinzen | Live chat 24/7 | Email, [email protected] | Anjouan |
| Rolling Slots | Live chat 24/7 | Curaçao eGaming | |
| Pistolo | Live chat 24/7 | Email, described as multilingual | not stated |
| Gamblezen | not stated | Complaints page | not stated |
| Hugo | not stated | Contact Us page | Curaçao, GCB |
| Wild Tokyo | not stated | Contact Us page | Curaçao, GCB |
| Malina | Live chat 24/7 | Help Centre; no email published | not stated |
| RTbet | Live chat 24/7 | None; no email published | not stated |
| Lussurio | "Available on site" | not stated | not stated |
The rows are sorted by the written route, because that is the step most players skip and later wish they had. RTbet is a useful warning: a live casino with a long list of tables and branded rooms, yet support is chat only, with no email to send documents to. Malina has the same gap, softened by a Help Centre.
The licence column matters most when support has already said no. A regulator in the EU runs a formal complaints procedure that a player in Luxembourg can use; Curaçao and Anjouan sit far outside that system, and an operator that names no licence leaves you with nobody above it to turn to. None of this tells you how fairly a dealer deals, but it decides how a disagreement ends.
Four search tags, four short answers
Players reach a live casino page through different phrases. Two of the most common name a brand we do not cover; the other two describe the same product in different words. Whichever phrase brought you here, the product is a real dealer, a real wheel or deck, and a camera.
Parimatch sits outside the eleven brands this site covers, so we have no tables, studios or limits of its to show.
The same brand, words reversed. The answer does not change: no Parimatch data on this page.
Another way of writing the same thing: tables with a human dealer, streamed in real time.
The online part is implied. Every live table here is reached through a browser; Lussurio and Wintino also offer native apps.
If Parimatch is the operator you had in mind, its live tables have to be checked on its own site. For the eleven we do cover, the door table above already shows which ones tell you what runs behind the sign. A live casino that names its studio gives you something concrete to compare; one that names nothing asks you to register first and look second.
Welcome money at a live casino table: what is known
Most welcome offers here come with spins, and spins are played on slots. Whether the deposit part of a bonus can be used at a live casino table, and how much a live bet counts towards wagering, is a separate question. The answers on the operators' own pages are thin.
Stated on the pages we reviewed
- RTbet's €100 welcome belongs to its sportsbook; its casino match carries no published ceiling.
- Malina, RTbet and Pistolo combine casino, live casino and live sports betting in one account.
- Pistolo's cashback applies to sports, not to casino play.
- Spinzen states 45x wagering on its welcome bonus.
Not stated by any of the eleven
- Whether live tables are allowed while a bonus is active.
- How much a live bet contributes to wagering.
- A maximum bet per live round with bonus money.
- Live-only offers or cashback reserved for live play.
Treat the right-hand column as a list of questions for support. If you plan to play mostly at live tables, it can make sense to decline the welcome bonus and play with your own balance, which keeps your winnings free of conditions nobody has described.
Declining is usually done in the cashier, with a tick box or a promo field left empty at the first deposit. Once a bonus is credited, removing it may also remove anything won with it, so make the choice before the money goes in rather than after the first hand.
Live casino questions
Which operator names its live studios?
Two of eleven. Need for Spin credits three, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Live and Ezugi, and Malina credits Evolution and Pragmatic; nine lobbies leave the studio out.
Where are live stakes published?
Only at Malina, from €0.10 to €20,000 across its live tables.
Which operators list the most live tables?
Pistolo and RTbet. Both list roulette, blackjack, baccarat, poker, dice and game shows, plus a branded room each.
Does Gamblezen have a live casino?
Its pages mention none. The library of 12,000+ titles is described through slot providers only.
Is Parimatch live casino reviewed here?
No. Parimatch is outside the eleven operators we cover, so we have no data on its tables.
Can I complain to a regulator about a live round?
Wintino names the Malta Gaming Authority. Hugo, Wild Tokyo, Need for Spin and Rolling Slots name Curaçao, Spinzen names Anjouan, and five name no licence.
Which live casino online lobbies offer email support?
Wintino, Need for Spin, Spinzen, Rolling Slots and Pistolo publish an email route. RTbet and Malina rely on chat.
Do any of these operators name a dealer language?
No. None of the eleven says in which languages its dealers speak, so French or German tables cannot be confirmed in advance. The table list inside the lobby is the only place to check.
Can I play live tables with a welcome bonus?
None of the eleven states whether live tables are allowed during a bonus or how they count towards wagering. Ask support first.
